Schedule for November 19-20, 2011
Here is what we are looking at for this weekend:
Sabbath
After Church: Potluck
2:00 PM: Pathfinders (please be in Class B uniform)
4:00 PM: Dismissed
Sunday
8:00 AM: Pathfinder Staff Meeting
9:00 AM: Pathfinders (please be in Class B uniform)
1:00 PM: Dismissed
Potluck this Sabbath has no theme so just bring 2 dishes of something you would like to eat.
On Sabbath we will be passing out bags for can collecting. On each of the bags will be a note explaining what we are doing and that we will be back the next day to pick up the bags.
Sunday we will have a regular meeting for part of the morning and for the other part we will be picking up the bags that we passed out the day before.

Fourth Annual Spaghetti Dinner & Auction
The fourth annual Spaghetti Dinner & Auction is coming up this Saturday night. Here is what you need to know:
- You need to come wearing a white button-down shirt and black pants
- You need to bring at least one new or GENTLY used item for the auction
- Sundown is at 5:08 – we need you there at the church fellowship hall no later than 5:15 if not at 5:09
- Bring a friend / family member – the more people there are the more money we raise for the club for things like CAMPOREE!!!!
- Bring a great attitude – we will work hard but if you keep a smile on your face you’ll have a great time
Update – November 8
Prices will be:
Adults: $8
Kids (6 and under): $5
Families (3-5 people from the same household): $20
–Additional family members will be $5 each

Quick reminder – don’t forget to wear your Pathfinder t-shirts tomorrow along with a long-sleeve t-shirt underneath.
TLT Backpacking Trip Cancelled
Due to many factors, the TLT Backpacking Trip has been cancelled. We will try to reschedule it at a later date.
Guadalupe Trip 2011 Lists Posted
The lists of what to bring on the trip to the Guadalupe Mountains trips have been posted and updated on the Guadalupe Trip Page. Please take note and bring what is on the list. Also remember not to bring any cell phones / audio players, etc. on the trip as they will be confiscated.
Staff Meeting – October 29
Don’t forget we have staff meeting this Saturday night at 7:30 PM (right after vespers). On the agenda:
- Trip to Guadalupe Mountains
- Possible flying lessons for the kids
- General idea of where we are
- Food
This is not meant to be an exhaustive list of what we will be talking about but more of a general idea.
We should be out by 9:30.
