Hello all!

Friends class, the following assignments are due this weekend:

SUNDAY

1) Recite the Pathfinder Pledge and Law.

2) Read and bring to class (copies or prints) 2 articles on nutrition and 2 articles on drugs, alcohol, or tobacco. These articles can be from newspaper, magazine or online (internet). Please bring to class the actually newspaper, magazine, etc (copies of these items are acceptable). For online content, bring print outs of the article.

I know we went over this, but some of you did not bring your hard copies (print outs to class). You MUST bring these print outs/hard copies to class on Sunday. Those who forget will have a make up assignment (it won’t be easy).

3) Selected one character from the Old Testament: Joseph, Jonah, Esther or Ruth. If you are not familiar with these characters it be a good idea to read upon them. Please be ready to discuss this assignment in class.

Please have all your materials (bible, notebook, etc.) and assignments ready for class on Sunday. Some of you are not bringing materials to class – YOU MUST HAVE THEM ON SUNDAY.

SATURDAY (SABBATH)

Assignments will be handed out on Saturday. Please be ready to participate in class.

Hello all! (part 2)

Since last Pathfinder meeting was a different meeting from the regular ones, Friends class assignments is is STILL the same (see copy & paste info from last posted). Added to the list of assignments already is the following:

1) Recite the Pathfinder Pledge and Law (you should know by now).

2) Read and bring to class (copies or prints) 2 articles on nutrition and 2 articles on drugs, alcohol, or tobacco. These articles can be from newspaper, magazine or online (internet). Please bring to class the actually newspaper, magazine, etc (copies of these items are acceptable). For online content, bring print outs of the article.

3) Please have read the following verses and be ready to discuss in class:

TOPIC: Identity: Psalm 139, John 14:12-31, John 15 1-7, Song Solomon 7, Deuteronony 32 and Jeremiah 2

Also “Find the Right Path” book is acceptable.

Again, for those who weren’t here for the Community Service project you missed out! Thanks to all of the Pathfinders who took part in pulling weeds/trash/etc. and dragging it to the trash bin and the Pathfinders that jumped and down on the trash bin to squeeze as much trash as we could! Good job guys!

(Previous posting):

A reminder for assignments due for Friends Class this coming Sunday.

1) Memorize one Bible verse from the following subjects: prayer, behavior, doctrine, salvation, relationships, promises/praise.

2) Recite the order of the first 10 Bible books of the Old Testament and the New Testament.

3) Have already found a copy of the book “The Happy Path” and be reading it already.

4) Be ready to discuss in class your family spiritual roots. If not sure talk to your parents.

5) Be prepare to discuss and go over the events of the camp out two weeks ago.

Again, please bring all necessary items (bible, notebook, etc.) to class as instructed from the first meeting.

If I miss something that is not on this post, please let me know.
