If you have any questions about the trip to the Courage to Stand International Camporee in Oshkosh, please feel free to give Mr. Chris a call. We were able to answer a lot of questions today at the meeting but if you have any others, get in touch with Mr. Chris.
We leave this Saturday night and I don’t know about you but I am very excited!
A BIG thank you to Miryam Gonzalez for all her help today in organizing all the stuff for Oshkosh. Another round of thank you’s go out to Hannah and Christopher Charles who helped with the inventory there at the church. If you see any of these three people, please make sure you thank them for all their work in helping us get ready for the trip!

We leave for the Courage to Stand International Camporee in one week!! Don’t forget to fill out your forms and bring them to the meeting tomorrow, Sunday, August 2. We’ll see you there!
Update on Cost for Each Pathfinder
The cost for each pathfinder has been calculated; if you do not know how much it will be for you to go, contact Mr. Chris immediately! He has tried to get in touch with every family but if you did not get the message, give him a call or text at 915-227-7523.
If possible, we are asking that you bring the payment to the meeting on Sunday just because it makes everything simpler; if you cannot, please get in touch with Mr. Chris ASAP so that we can go from there.
It’s just over a week until we leave – can’t wait to see you all!
Please Fill Out Your Forms!
We are asking that all pathfinders that are going with us to the Courage to Stand Camporee please download the documents needed (such as the permission slip, medical release form), fill them out, and turn them in at the meeting on August 2. We want to make sure that we have them ready to go for the camporee and doing that beforehand means one less thing to worry about on the night we leave.
The camporee is getting close and we are really excited about everything coming up!

Pre-Camporee Meeting on August 2
We will be meeting on August 2 at 10 AM to discuss the upcoming trip to Oshkosh. If they have not already been posted on the blog, you will get the lists of what to bring, what not to bring, etc.
Parents, this meeting is also for you; please plan on being at the meeting as well. It should only last about 30-45 minutes, so we won’t use up your entire Sunday morning. 
We’ll see you there!
No water-selling July 26
For those of you worried about it, we will not be selling water tomorrow, July 26. Sleep in and we will see you on Sunday, August 2 at 10 AM.

If you are going to Oshkosh…
If you are going to Oshkosh, we need your shirt size.
We are going to be ordering club t-shirts and need to get your shirt size so that we know how much of each size to order. The shirts will be given out on the day the pathfinders will wear it so that we can make sure that they have them on the day we will all be wearing them.
Please send the sizes to Mr. Chris no later than July 25. If I do not get them by that day, I will guess at sizes but cannot guarantee that the shirt will be the right size.
